Essence:
- To work on pre-scanning.
Structure:
- Player A passes the ball to B who passes to C. Player 1 has two options, they can either go to the red or yellow gate.
- Option 1 run to the yellow cone gate, receive and pass to the run of 4 in the T spot. And receive it again at the top of the circle to score.
- Option 2 go to the red door and play a pass back to C who carries on play with 4.
- Rotation 1 to 2, 2 to 3, 3 to 4, 4 to 1.
Pre-scanning tip-in/ One touch from player 3: To see what player 1 is doing, if they go to yellow cones its a one touch pass. But if player 1 is running to the red gate they control, pass inside and run.
Variation:
- Other side, player 3 instead of doing a one touch, do a forehand tip in or control and pass.
