Organization:

Instructions:
Teams are to keep possession inside of the grid. As soon as the ball goes out, the coach puts another ball in right away.
6 consecutive passes is a goal. The reason of why the low number of passes for a goal is because it is very narrow so players will need to be encouraged to at least combine this amount of passes.
Coaching Points:
Use furthest foot to receive the ball.
Open up hips to face way out.
Head on a swivle.

Organization:

Field is divided into three zones. The two side zones are smaller than the middle zone.
Two even team + 2 Neutrals.
Instructions:
At least one player is to occupy per team is to occupy each of the three zones of the field.
No fixed positions, but ultimately the purpose is to have three floaters and players in each zone, plus neutrals.
The way to score is through passing the ball 10 times or getting the ball to each zone.

Receive with furthest foot, pass wtih inside.

Instructions:
The purpose is to keep posession for 12 consecutive passes for a goal.
Coaching Points:

Start switch the point of attack on the air.

If the team defending steals the ball, they have to play with the neutral to really become the attackers.
