Working on speed and hand eye coordination will greatly enhance a keepers ability to make quick saves in games as well as improve their ability to locate the ball quickly.

Hand Eye Coordination Circuit
Each set will last 1 minute 30 seconds, 3 sets per Keeper, alternate stations.
Side 1: The coach will have bucket of tennis balls, the coach will toss tennis balls at random to each hand for 1 handed catches while keeper is sitting on ground.
Side 2: One keeper is sitting on the ground while the other is feeding them. Keepers will go side doing diving saves and securing the ball with the ground
Side 3: Keeper uses footwork to get to the outside of the cone get set and receive volley to hands alternating sides.

Hand Eye Coordination and Reaction Speed
Each set lasts 1 minute 30 seconds.
Side 1: The outside feeders will be tossing tennis balls and the coach will be in the middle serving volleys to hands. Keeper will be behind the cones and will go from side to side receiving services. Sequence goes : Volley from middle, tennis ball from outside, volley from middle, tennis ball from other side. Each tennis ball should be caught with outside hand.
Side 2: Keeper will start behind cones. Keeper come up, touch the cone on one side, and will immediately receive a ball on the ground to the other cone. Keepers will have to react with a quick diving save.

Reactions Shot Machine
Starting from the left hand side the server will drill a low shot to the near post, the Keeper will ensure his angles are correct so he can save with feet or collect with hands if possible.
From the penalty spot the Keeper will receive a shot to either side of him expecting to dive.
The Keeper will then get back to his feet, ensure his angle is correct as the 3rd shot is fired across the goal aimed towards the far post.
Each Keeper will be expected to complete 3 sets.

Warmup (5 mins)
Warm up.
Side 1: Keepers will do different dynamic movements to get the body warmed up. For example: Jog, back pedals, shuffles, sprints, jumps and sweeps.
After those are finished the Keepers can stretches of the arms, legs, or whatever is needed for the individual Goal Keeper.
Side 2: Keepers will get a partner and a ball. The Keepers will perform different throwing and kicking techniques to one another to get warmed up. For example: 1 touch, 2 touch, volleys to hands (chest hieght), overhead throws, bowls, high collection and low collections.
