TEAM HANDBALL

Two teams play against each other. Players pass the ball with their hands. If ball drops, it becomes the other teams possession. 

Players can't run with the ball, they only get three steps

Can't knock balls out of hands

To score, players have to pass the ball with their hands for a teammate to head it in (U14 and above)

To score for U10-12, players have to pass the ball to their teammate (target to catch) or throw it in the goal

For U14 and above teams:

Can also play "Throw-Head-Catch" or Volley, Catch, Volley"
