Organisation - Players unoppossed - Progression from last night, now 2 players in the middle who work together to get the ball from one end to the other. Must be of a fast pace - change players in middle every minute.
- Must receive ball in a different square each time
- Triggers to move
- 1st Movement good - 2nd Movement better.
Must now combine with team mate in the middle before playing out.
P2 - Players now play 2v2 in the middle and the teams work together to keep the ball, players on the outside can not tackle eachother only players working in the middle can.
