Game Related Practice (10 mins)

3 v 2 overload in favour of the attacking team.

Ball begins with the GK who passes out to either defender. ST must press the defender who receives the pass form GK and RM or LM on the side of the spare defender must press the spare defender and keep them from playing out.

If defenders can dribble through either one of the 2 gates, the game flips and an extra player comes on from behind the goal. ST from the attacking team leaves the game.
