3 Station SAQ
All groups active at same time. Switch when Group B complete. 1 minute rest. 3 sets.
A Station: 1v1 Tag
Red player tries to run over red line without getting tag by blue. 10 m square. Switch sides.
B Station: Corner to Corner
Players jog length of 20m square when they reach corner sprint to opposite corner, turn right jog when they reach corner sprint to opposite corner etc. until they are back where they started. Repeat other direction.
C Station: Hurdels and Sprint
Sprint 5m to first hurdle - 2 footed hop over hurdle, 2 footed lateral hop to right over hurdle 2, 2 footed lateral hop left over hurdle 3 and then 2 footed backward hop over hurdle 4. Sprint around cones green, yellow red.
