Punching - 2nd Phase/Recovery
GK runs forwards 6yds and punches S1 service, GK then backpedals around back pole and dives to stop ball going through gate.
Punch Technique...1) Close fist surface area 2) Contact not Power 3) Follow Through with Punch
Near Post = Send it back where it came from
Back Post = Across Your Body Redirect it Opposite Side

Recovery Movements After Punch
S1 throws ball for a punch, S2 throws/shots on near side once GK drops back in. (Service is for saves not goals).
Prog: S1 service is a punch, GK is out of position, S1 throws 2nd ball over GK head to back pedal/ tip it over.
S2 throws the ball for mid height save.
