2 defender stay back 

1 in between edge of the box to half way

2 on edge of the D back post side

1 on Pen spot

3 around the keeper - 1 in front , 1 to the side , 1 behind

1 taker


Movements - 

  • player near post makes the run to the taker to look to play short and create 2v1 (dragging player with them)
  • player back post spins and aims for back post header 
  • player on the pen spot runs into the space vacated by the near post run
  • player far edge of the D back post runs into the space vacated by the back post player
