Organization:
10 x 20 yard area set up as shown
Instructions:
1. Players divided into an equal number of groups.
2. Each group starts are the Red Gates, they alway finish through the blue gates
3. The first player in line makes eye contact across the grid and dribbles through the blue gates directly opposite them, they they join the line to their left, behind the red gate
PART 1
Messi dribbling, the ball is close to feet played with the three smallest toes and touched every step.
PART 2
Ronaldo dribbling, the ball is a little further out of the feet played with the laces and the movement is quicker (running with the ball)
Coaching Points:
1. Eye contact to start activity
2. Head up to observe the open space
3. Using the proper surface of the foot for each technique

P-Add a cone for a referenc point for moves
P-Add passive defense

Organization:

Groups of players as shown
Cones / Markers / Poles (4 different objects matched on each corner)
Instructions:
Player in the groups dribble toward other player in other side when they approach to the cone they should execute a move(roll, drop shoulder) and dribble on coaches command, it's a race to one of the four corners (which ever coach calls out).
Coaching Points:
1. Control of the ball
2. Head up to observe area
3. Move technique being used
Progressions:
Add movements to different color continuosly on coaches command(red and blue or orange, yellow and blue) players must move to different colors.

Instructions:
Defenders in one side make a pass to attackers in other side, they must attempt to score in goal using moves (roll, drop shoulder).
If defender recover they score by dribbling end line.
Coaching Points:

Instructions:
Players play 3 v 3 must try to attemp to score in 3 goals(2 gates and one pugg goal) if they score by dribbling through gates they get 3 pt in pugg goal they get one pt.

Instructions:
1.First Player in each groups dribbles out to the line of the three cones;
2. Once the players get begin dribbling in the 3 cone line the coach will call out one of the three corners.
(ie Blue, then both players wold race to he blue corner of the area.
3. One point goes to the team of the quicker player.
Coaching Points:
1) Head Up
2) Quick feet
3) Low center of gravity
4) Explosive movement to the cone that is called
5) Quick thinking/decision making
Progressions:
- Opposite of what coach calls (if flag, go to cone and vice versa)
- Vary the movement around the three cones
