SESSION: Switching sides

The objective is to pass from one side to the other.

Working in 3 of 3 groups

A group in the middle is DF.

When there is a ball, one of the DF team can enter the area and the other 2 must stay in the middle area B to intercept the pass. However,either of the 2 must stay in the middle box.

If the DF team gets the ball, swap the roles with the attacking team quickly.

*If you have 10 player, put free man in the area B from the start.

PROGRESSION

1) 2 DF palyers can enter the ball area and 1 player move freely in the area B.

1 player from the other end can enter the area B to recieve the ball.

2) A player who possess a ball now dribble into the area B to pass to C

If he decides to enter to the opposite area, one of the player in that area must go out from the area.

However, he can stay in area B to support.

3) If DF gets a ball, he can shoot in the goal and attacking team must prevent from the goal.
