Problem 1: Opponent 9 and 7/11 stretch the width and look to receive wide
Solution 1: Near CB follows 9, FB tight to 7/11, opposite side defenders shift across

Progressions:
- Condition 6 to start above blue marker to create more space focus team must defend behind
- Add a target of 1 pt every time IP team enters box
Regressions:
- Apply touch restriction to IP team
- Condition opposite 7/11 to stay wide and don't come in central
Challenges, Conditions or Targets:

- Can the OOP team deny crosses when the ball goes wide?
- Can the OOP team shift central to force the ball wide and not through the middle

Solution 2: Wide CB steps up to press, FB shifts behind to cover
Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions):
Progressions:
- Condition OOP 6 to start above blue marker to make more space to defend behind
- Add a target of 1 pt every time IP team enters box
Regressions:
- IP team touch restriction
- Condition IP team they must combine with at least 3 players to create
