2 Subs

Players should have the opportunity to play different positions. The easiest way to accomplish this is to sub/rotate together in pairs.

  • Balance your groupings to ensure rotation doesn't hurt your team
  • Different players should be allowed to start in games throughout the season
  • Playing time should be distributed evenly in the Junior Academy

    • Pairings/Rotations:

    • 7 + 11 sub together
    • 4 + 9 sub together

    *GK rotation will change this slightly, but you can generally make it happen


    At 8 Minute Mark:

    • 2 out will replace the starting 7 & 11

    At 16 Minute Mark:

    • 2 out will replace the starting 4 & 9
    • One of the 4 & 9 coming off will be put in goal during this transition

    Halftime:

    • 2 out will enter for 7 & 11
    • GK will remain the same

    At 8 Minute Mark:

    • 2 out will enter for 4 & 9
    • One of the players coming off of the field will be put in goal during this transition

    At 16 Minute Mark:

    • 2 out will enter for 7 & 11

    • 3 players sub out the other 3 field players


    Halftime:
    • 3 players that were off to end the half, start the half
    • GK will remain the same

    At 8 Minute Mark:

    • 1 player currently playing changes with player in goal
    • 3 players sub out the other 3 field players


    At 16 Minute Mark:
    • 3 players off sub in
