Blue is the team in possession. They will play with 4 players in the grid and 4 players around the outside of the grid. Outside players can interchange with inside players, if passed to. Ball needs to be connected in the middle as much as out wide. If defensive team wins ball, they dribble out of grid.
Switch out defensive team after 2-3 minutes. Progression: 2 touch for outside players.
CPs: Spacing: are the players using the same areas or do they cover the entire space? Movement into space off the ball. Options: Does the player with the ball have at least 3 options to pass. Determining best way out: are the players having understanding of their easiest option to pass?

Regular game, with 6 neutrals (2 on each endline and one on each touch line).
Encourage the idea of playing in all directions, to help get out of pressure. Sideline players are easy to use, but the concept of the endline players will give more balance to the possession.
Swith neutral team out after 3-4 minutes.
CPs: Body positioning. Communcation, movement into space away from the ball. Rhythm, flow.

4 corner passing (15 mins)
4 Corner Passing
2 players in the middle. 2 balls start opposite of each other, continuous passing. Ball played in, and the player in the middle plays out to a different corner, and follows her pass. Player who played in, becomes the new middle player.
CPs: Effective passing. Are the players able to get their passes done quickly? Ideas. Do the players know where they want to go before receiving ball?
