Execution:
A) - 5 v 2 Keep away (rotate denders)
- 4 v 3 Keep away (roate defenders)
- defenders work for 45 seconds working
B) - 6 V 6 - playing forward to find target player(Centre Forward)
- Target player plays back to team she recieved from
- Play to new target player
- Old target player can be used as a drop option
