Organization:
- 25x25 playing area
- Pinnies for 2 teams
- 2 small goals on each side
- 1 team of 4 players, with each player defending a side
- 4 v 4 in playing area
Instruction:
- Players try to score in any of the goals that are not being blocked by a defender. Ball must be dribbled through goals. Defenders on outside act like goal keepers and must stay behind goals.
- If ball goes out then opposition gets ball.
- Play for 2 minutes with high intensity and then switch outside defenders with one team. If one team scores, then immediately the losing team has to switch to outside. Game doesn't stop and attacking players who scored can continue with attack, but must score on another side.
Emphasis:
- Head up dribbling and using space. Don't dribble into pressure.
- Change direction quickly when dribbling to fool defenders.
- Use space when off the ball looking for passing channels and quick movements to goal
- Intensity and pace with and without ball
- Opening up when receiving the ball and a good touch into the direction of goal
Progression:
- Limit touches when dribbling which forces passing when no goal can be scored on a side

Organization:
- Pinnies for one team
- Coach with many balls
- 4 small goals with cones
- 1 cone on opposite ends for player lines
Instruction:
- Players from both sides run around goal when coach plays ball in with aim to win ball
- Player that wins the ball becomes attacker and other player is defender
- Attacker can score in any of the 3 goals, but not in goal at her own end
- Defender can score in any of the 3 goals if she wins the ball from attacker (not her own goal)
- If ball goes out of play, next pair of players go.
Progression:
- Give players numbers and then call out numbers to create 1v1, 2v2, or 3v3. If 3v3 then players can score in any of the 4 goals.
Emphasis:
- Good first touch toward the goal that is closest and free
- Dribble with head up
- Use skills to beat defender, and execute skills move with correct spacing
- Run at defender and use up as much space on field as possible
