Starting at A complete 2xleft and 2xright foot volleys either side of mannequin. Touch the mannequin then back pedal for a header.
Following header turn and sprint out to 1. Recovery jog back.
Repeat process to cones 2,3,4 and then 3,2,1 (pyramid).
1 set = 1/2/3/4/3/2/1 shuttles. 2min Rest.

Fast Feet left, the stride out to cones on the opposite side of the centre circle.
Fast feet right the sprint to touchline.
Recovery jog to cone. Stride across pitch width before a recovery jog back to start at 1.
Recovery jogs as slow as wanting.
