2 Ball Rondo (20 mins)

Session Organization:

• Two areas 20ydx20yds. 
• Play starts with teams passing around in their own box.
• When coach calls a number, that number of players from each team goes to the other box and tries to steal the ball.
• If ball is stolen, they can score in one of the mini nets
• The goal is to make sure your team is able to keep possession inside your box and be able to steal the ball from the other team through your defenders.

Technical Points:

• This exercise is a fun way to get the players to collaborate and strategize together on how to best successful in both ends of the field.
• Players are communicating and scanning their surrounding at all times
• Intensity has to be high in both moments (D and A)
