Blue team will be the attacking one and red will be defending. Blue team will have the ball on 2 and 3 or 6 passing the ball until coach blows the whistle to start the attack. Once the team has started to attack, the objective will be to score a goal. Every 2 actions a player will change on each team. The Coach will play a second ball once the first action has been played to add transitions (everyone will have to maintain the concentration and keep the structure)
Progression: the team will have to contact with 9 in order to be able to score.
Objectives:
8 and 10 occupying the pockets and creating simultaneous movements to create chaos.
9 will have to stretch the field and could show into the gap if 8 or 10 goes into opposite direction.
We could play in behind if there is space (alternatives)

Game with 4 zones and eliminated wide areas. Game of one rule.
2x8´
The team in possession will have to build up and progress by conquering every single zone ( they can not skip one in the air)
The opposition could get the ball and counter attack right away on opposite half.
If the ball goes out, the team who has to reset, will have to do it from GK.
Progression: throw-ins and the team can skip a zone playing the ball in the air.

3x5´
The team who is in possession will have 4 players outside and will try to break the lines by playing through the players inside the hexagon.
The team who is defending will be inside trying to get the ball. If they get the ball, they will have to secure it and occupy positions outside at the same time than red is trying to get it back.
Progression 1: just a possession where the team in possession has players outside and the team out of possession inside.
Progression 2: each team is scoring on one net although the movements are the same. The team who is defending could score in less than 3 passes if they get the ball inside.
Progression 3: Each team will have the CBs outside and they could break the lines by dribbling.
