In groups of 3 or 4, players pass to their team mates
- move after passing
- pass between players
- combine around players
- quick play when possible (1 & 2 touch if you can)
Progression
Each player is given a number, on coaches call, the player called grabs a bib from the coach and defends against his team mates (2v1)

6v3 possession
- red team is neutral and play for the team in possession
- team in possession attempt to get the ball from one end to the other - 3 successful plays in a row to the end players = 1pt
- ball starts with the team who won possession if ball goes out
Progression
- must make at least 1 x 1 touch pass before playing to the end (not inc end players)
- must make at least 2 passes before playing to the end
Notes:
- can you position yourself to play forward 1st time'
- can the attacker away from the ball move to receive in space or create a 1 v 1 for the player in possession

Small sided game with no scoring zones' at either end.
- team must pass the ball in the goal to score
Progression
- inc passing conditions on the game (2 or more passes / at least 2 x 1 touch passes) before scoring
- pass into goal must be 1st time

4) Pass to middle, middle play out other side (always follow pass)
5) Pass forward move diagonally to middle for high five & knee loading
6) Pass diagonally & move forward
7) Pass to middle player, middle touches back, play out (touch back player always moves to side where ball has been played)
8) Pass in, 2 / 3 players in the middle combining and pass out the other side (middle players stay in for 1 min)
