SAQ + Passing
- On this practice we will focus on two key components:
Passing technique: players will perform a 30yds passing technique in order to get the feel of the ball. it is important as well that this passing is played with a nice weight & the movement has to sharp to the continuation of the practice;
Fitness: while playing a passingto each other the players will also be performing a serious of fitness movement envolving agility, balance, coordination & speed.
The practice will progress with players now with players having to play a ball thru the gate or in the small goal on the side & then move to the other side.

SAQ + Crossing & finishing:
This is a progression for the previous practice.
Now, however, we will have 4 cues of players. Two playing in wide areas & two playing in the middle as strikers.
We will use manequins to play a role as defenders.
Players will proceed working with ABC's & the flow of the practice happens only on one side 7 then another having a quick transition on it.
Wide players do their circuit & get ready to cross the football to the players in the middle, which are playing a role of fowards.
The practice will progress adding defenders to the stop the crosses & players from finishing.

SAQ + Finishing 2
It is a progression from previous practice. The coach again will be the feeder to the players.
Players have to perform the circuit & attempt a shot on goal.
Two manequins will play a role as a defender & if the player shoots on the manequins his turn is lost with no rebound.
Progression with 1 real defender to stop the shooting.

Big Overload
One team is the joker & the team on possesion of the ball can use them to keep the ball into their control.
