4 Zones 2 Teams

Objective: To posess the ball from left to Right in your zone, to create gaps and pass through to your team. Recognize pressure and change the angle of the ball.

Phase 1

- All players can not leave their zone

- Possession team must move the ball quickly

- Defending Team can pressure and try to keep compact

- Point each time a team completes a through ball.

Phase 2

- Increase pressure by allowing 1 defender to pressure in the Zone

Key Points

- Player awareness, Player A recognizes Immediate Pressure

- Player B drops and creats a better angle of support

- Player C gets as wide as possible to spread the play and offer switch

- Players in Zone 1 must move to stay in the passing lanes between the defenders

- Defening Team wins possession, how quickly can they transition with shape and balance, to retain possession.
