AO: ATTACKING ORGANIZATION PHASE 1: BUILD UP ZONE 1 INTO ZONE 2/3
Looking to build from the back and play through each zone 1/2 into 3. Can we penetrate play through if we cant can we come around. We are looking to unbalance the opposition, so we can attract the opponents and fix them to one side
Can we create space and if we can combine through the central channel and switch the point of attack to create numbers up.

Activity: Rondo 4 v 1 8/10 min
Looking to create a diamond shape and keep possession. The Player in the middle holds a pinnie. Their job is to win the ball, if they do They give the pinnie to the player that lost the ball and now they become the defender. If a pass is made or loss of control, that player must go into the middle.
Players make 5 passes equals a goal. Players intercept the ball that's a goal/point
Coaching Points: Passing: use the inside of the foot, eyes on the ball, lock the ankle, weight of the pass play to the back foot.

4 v 4 + 2
Objective: Create Width to stretch the opponent to play through, around over to create opportunities to Score.
Support the player in possession with forward sideways and backward option
Procedure: Team Red plays out from the back with the support with the wide Neutrals creating 6 v 3,. Neutrals must stay in the channels but can move up nd down to support the player with the ball they have 3 touch to start.
Opposing team cannot enter the channels but can block off the passing lanes. If the opponents win the ball they now attack with a 6 v 3.
Look to switch the Neutrals every 5 min

Organization: SSG 7 V 5 (20 mins) -10 12 players
Pitch Perimeter: Zone 1 & 2 -area approx. 1/2 pitch
Activity:
Play starts with Goalkeeper ( Coach) passing into one of the defenders or mid. Attackers look to play through the half spaces to penetrate. If they can't can they come around to switch the point of attack. If the Opponent win the ball they look to score in the big Goal.
Rotate players, so they can play different positions.
Reward:
Attacking team plays through each zone and scores in a mini-Goal. How many points can it be worth?

Procedure: Set up 2 to 3 stations to balance number and players are not waiting Two players and 1 ball work together
one player passes using his hands and the other receives and passes using their feet. Once they have gone through using both feet they switch roles.
Group players to ability
Progression 1: Ball rolled on the ground, played back using inside right foot, cross over (Yellow cone) now must use Left Foot.

Progression 2: Aerial ball (light throw to knee) ball is passed back using inside of the right foot cross over left foot.
Progression 3: Aerial Ball (Light throw to knee or just below) player passes the ball back using laces (Toe down) cross over now left foot.
Progression 4: Aerial ball (light throw to thigh) player must look to guide the ball back using their thigh they can also use a combination of thigh foot cross over now use left thigh.
Coaching points: Receiving - eyes on the ball lock the ankle guide the ball movement after the pass, check you shoulder, low moving backwards, quick feet.
