It is crucial for a player to have several skill moves in their locker in order to unbalance a defender and penetrate space successfully . Several 1v1 moves will be practiced with semi and then full on pressure. Players will explore their possibilities to either engage the opposition or change direction depending where the pressure is coming from.

Each player will started practice with 5 MVP points. If a player performs and shows masterful execution to whatever topic is being demonstrated they will receive 1 bonus MVP point. If a player is not listening or misbehaving they will lose 1 bonus point. Player at the end of practice with the most MVP points will be rewarded the MVP award for the best player in practice.
