Drills Circuit (20 mins)
1. Large resistance band (BLUE) around waist. Player at the back holds band in hand and holds position to create tension. Player in front runs forward and makes pass others controls and goes back. Progression - working players can run forward and stay in position and make 2 or more passes before going back.
2. Same as practice 1 but running laterally and make passes.
3. Same concept as 1 & 2 but player heads the ball after receiving from keeper who is also working with resistance bands. Like players, keeper goes back and forth and saves header.
4. Resistance bands around ankles / tighs as players pass to each other.
