  • After six passes have been completed, two attackers break out of the rectangle and attack the goal in a 2 v 1 with the defender in the D
  • Attackers have 10 seconds to score
If attackers score 3 goals in a row all defenders do 10 pushupsOnce defenders win the ball three times they switch with attackers
