All payers on a ball.
Focus ison 2 skill moves. Body Fake and Scissors for this session.
Coach demonstarte the skill and the players do it on the whistle or on their own. in a free style environment.
Players rest while watching each player demonstarte individually. each player tries the move a max of 2 times then the next one goes.
Take time without the ball to do some dynamic stretching in between the exercise.

Focus group ha to build out and dribble through the gates.
Red team will pressure with - #11, #9, #10, #7
Repetition on the build out going over rules for a Goal kick and when the ball is live in the hands of the GK
first option for the CB is the #7 or #11
Second option is the #10
Third option is the #9
Forth option is the #1
Make sure you focus on the oppositions defending, taking away any of those options and manipulate the exercise. Create the problem so players solve it.
Coaching points still are angles of support and technical passing.
