Organization:
Players in pairs
One ball per pair
Instructions:
- Player starts with ball in hand, and tries to volley shot into partner's hands.
- Each shot that is caught by the partner is worth a point.
- See which team can get the most points in a set amount of time.
Coaching Points:
1. Locking ankle on contact.
2. Placement of non kicking foot.
3. Stepping into and following through on shot.
4. Angled apporach to ball.

Organization:
Players work in pairs and are 30 yards apart.
Cone with the ball on top is evenly in between the two players.
Instructions:
Players are looking to strike the ball to knock the ball off the cone.
Coaching Points:
1. Locking ankle on contact.
2. Placement of non kicking foot.
3. Stepping into and following through on shot.
4. Angled apporach to ball.
Regressions:
Make a target area instead of having such a small target
Allow players to come closer to the ball

Organization:
1. Players line up about 10yds from 18yd Box as shown
2.Each Player with a soccer ball
3. Coach is referee
Instructions:
1. Players must shoot on net and Score using laces
2. Then immediately become goalkeeper for the player that is up next
3. If player misses goal and doesn't make a save he/she is OUT of the game
4. If player scores a goal, make a save or does both he/she continues to play
5. Game is done when the last person scores the winning goal
6. GOALIE is allowed to advance to player like in a breakaway

Organization:
1.Penalty area, set up as shown
2.Two 10 x 10 yard areas set up as ‘Jails’
3.2 equal teams and 1 goalkeeper (assigned or rotates)
4.1 goal
5.Lots of balls with players either side of the goal
Description:
1.The teams take it in turn to shoot at the goal
2.The teammates serves two soccer balls into area, one fast and one slow
3.The shooter must strike both balls first time
4.If they miss both shots they go straight to jail
5.If they miss one they must perform a goal celebration to keep themselves out of jail
6.If they score both then they can either free a team member from jail or select an opposition player to go to jail (who is there danger player???)
7.The game is over when all players from one team are jailed
8.Teams should rotate sides after every game
Coaching Points:
1.Angle of approach to the ball
2.Selecting appropriate surface to strike with
3.Head up to observe position of GK
4.Head down at point of contact
5.Ankle locked, toe down
6.Follow through to land on striking foot
Progression:
1.P – The Coach serves one ball on floor and one ball in the air
2.R – Both shots are made inside the penalty spot

Organization:

Instructions:
- Players look to dribble around area, on the coaches command they stop their ball and they find another ball.
- As they approach the next ball they must pretend to strike the ball and hold their stance for 2 seconds before dribbling around the area and repeating the process.

1. Non-kicking foot alongside ball
2. Body and head over ball
3. Angle of approach to ball
