Speed chutes
Groups of players take in turns to sprint across the pitch attached to speed chutes.
Progression: Run length of the pitch/add additionl speed chutes to increase resistance difficulty.
Coaching points:
- Focus on running form.
- Drive with the arms.
- Keep a safe distance between each player.
