Organization:
- 7x10m rectangle.
- 2 target players and a neutral player
- 3v3 + 3, ball is fed by targets first and then coach.
- Have 2 games going on simultaneously in different areas.
- Teams prepared beforehand with player's names.
Instructions:
- Directional 3v3 + 3 game. Score by playing to targets. Play for 4 minutes each game.
Coaching Points/Questions:
(2) If the team not on possession blocks the middle, can we get wide?
- If defending team man-marks, then neutral player is open.
- If defending team compacts to avoid opening the gaps, then can we find the space they give us (Wide).

Organization:
- 3 zones: the defensive zones (bottom and top are the measure, 8x4m), cetnral zone is bigger (7x8m).
- 4 target players (blue), ball is fed from target players at each end (Defensive zone).
- Defensive zones: 2v1 (Red up)
- Middle Zones: 3v3
- Target players are neutral.
Instructions:
- Ball is fed from the end targets into the red team. If red gets the ball to the opposite target, it's a point.
- Target players on the wide area are free to move up and down flank, however, when they get the ball, they are limited to 2 touches or 4 seconds, whichever comes first.
- When white steals the ball, they can hit the target for 2 points.
- At first, players in defensive zones hit targets, then we progress for anyone to score with targets.
Coaching Points/Questions:
(3) Center defenders in defensive zone: if we receive what options we have? Pass forward. But if pass is not on and space is in front, can we drive forward with ball on our feet?
(4) What happens when we engage first line of defense? Do we leave another teammate open?
Progressions:
(1) Only players in defensive zone can score by passing to targets
(2) Players from middle zone can also filter through to targets.
