Organisation:-
>> Area 40x30 yds with 2 full sized goal posts.
>> 10 players plus 2 gk.
Procedure :-
>> The pitch is set up as shown and an small sided games take place.
>> When goals are scored, the goal keeper serve the ball out to their own team to restart.
COACHIN POINTS :-
(Team in possession)
>> Quick play to create oppurtunities.
>> Finishing.
>> Reacting to oppourtunities from rebounds.
(Team out of possession)
>> Pressing to create oppurtunities to score.
>> Quality first pass when regaining possession.
(Goal keepers)
>> Quick distrubution.
>> Reactions >> Quick recovery after save.

Organisation:-
>> 2/3 of a full sized pitch.
>> 15 players including GK.
Procedure:-
>> Set up with one team with a GK, back four, two centre midfieders and one centre forward.
>> The opposition - 2 forwards , a no10, two midfielders and 3 defenders.
>> A starting point is set (either goal kick, or one of thr opposition defenders overhitting a pass to the GK).
>> The GK then looks to play our from the back.
>> If the team is pressed, the team have the option to play a channel out ball into one of the two small goals.
COACHING POINTS:-
>> Correct positional set up (Eg- Full backs).
>> Rotation of midfielders.
>> Confidence to play where overload exists.
>> Playing through midfielders.
>> When to play short and when to play long.
