Method: 4 v 4 attacking with T2D

Coaching Points:

  • Set up 20 x 20 grid, 4 blues v 4 reds.
  • 1 red and 1 blue striker starts in their shooting goal.
  • 2 reds and 2 blues will sprint down the line to their defending goal and aim to play through the centre and to their ST when they have received the ball.
  • Coach always plays in to defenders only.
  • Rotate positions.
  • Looking for quick acceleration, pressing from the front, good passing, movement and quick transitions to attack and defend.
