Instructions:

• 1) 4+Gk vs 4 to build-up to beat the first pressure using the third man. The white team has to score in one of the three small goals, the red team has to regain the ball and score in the big goal, the defender inside the red-zone he can only intercept the ball he can't come to press inside the white zone. 
• 2) Specific work in progression from analytical to situation of 1vs1 for the full back to recognize and beat the pressure

Instructions:

• We will progress form the Orientation, whit 2 reds defenders that they will play outside the white zone vs 3 white. The red team now if the regain the ball they can score in the big goal.

• Normal Game
