1v1 Warm Up (15 mins)
THE SESSION: 1v1 Warm Up
Set Up: 30x20
Players in groups of four
One player either end and two players in the middle
Player one feeds the ball into either player two to or three
They both battle and compete for the ball before playing up to player four
They then repeat this at the top
Key Messages:
Be aggressive without the ball
Be positive on the ball
Try different turns to lose defender

Playing Out From The Back (20 mins)
THE SESSION: Playing Out From The Back
Set Up: Half Field (spilt)
Part 1
Ball starts with player A (goalkeeper) who plays to player B (defender)
As player B receives the ball player C moves away from cone and plays a 1-2 with B, slightly infront for B to move onto
As the ball his played back to player B, player D moves off cone and receives ball between the two mannequins
Player D then turns on the ball and attacks the goal in a 1v1
Every player moves around one cone and player D swaps with defender
Part 2
Player A (keeper) plays the ball the player B (centre midfielder)
Player B sets the bal back to player C (defender) and makes movement around the mannequin to receive it back
Player B now plays forward and wide to player D (wide player) then plays the ball forward to player E (attacking midfiedler/striker)
Player E plays 1v1 with defender
All players move up one cone

Ball goes into centre mid, who bounces back before ball goes longer to wide player who scores
Pass B
Ball goes wide to winger who plays ball forward for running midfielder player
