Patterns of Play 7v7 (2-3-1 Formation)
Both teams attack same goal (no pressure distration is players jogging back to their position)
All Play will start with goalkeeper throwing ball up and catching it.
1st Pattern
Full backs split wide, keeper plays to left full back who opens up body and takes 1st touch
On full backs 1st touch centre mid drops and calls for ball and receives it, turn out and plays in right midfield player who has dropped deep then made a run up wing then delivers ball in box for striker.

Full backs split wide, keeper plays to left full back who opens up body and takes 1st touch
On full backs 1st touch centre mid drops and calls for ball but is being marked so ball is played long into striker who then bounces ball back into centre mid who has spun to receive pass then the ball is played out to either left or right midfield (opposite winger makes run into back post)

2nd Pattern
Full backs split wide, keeper plays to left full back who opens up body and takes 1st touch, there is nothing on so plays back to keeper and keeper plays out to the right back, the right winger makes a forward run to take away winger and then drops deep to receive ball and plays into centre mid who has dropped into space. Winger then truns and makes a forward run to receive ball back from centre mid, left winger and striker make runs to receive a pass/cross from right winger.
