-16x16 yard grid, 3v3+1 inside +2 bumpers for each team
-combine w/ dynamic warmup
-can be 4v4+1 in 12x12 yard grid
Rules:
-Three 4 minute games
-Player who plays bumper must interchange
-Neutral cannot play bumper
-10 passes=1 point

-40 x 30 yards, 2 grids (5v5/6v6)
-4 minute rounds, 4-5 rounds
-Offside line = End Zone line
Objectives
-Draw pressure by keeping possession, stretch w/ positioning
-Exploit dangerous space with movement and forward passing
-Beat defenders by combining, 1v1s
-Time our runs to not be offside, but arrive on time
