Organization:
- 20 x 20 yards 8+ players divided onto (2 or 4) separate teams.
- 4 mini goals in corners.
- All soccer balls in central location.
Instructions:
- The objective of the game is to score a goal in an opponents goal while defending your own. Each team starts with 3 lives. If a goal is socred in their goal they lose a life. Once all three lives are lost they flip their goals and can not win the game anymore but they still play. Last team with lives left wins.
-Camper of the Day or another Player slected by coach passes a ball in the middle. One player from each team play 1v1v1v1. After a goal is scored or the ball goes out of play 4 new player come on.
*Important: the coach does not serve the balls - this enables him / her to allow another player to play a leadership role in initiating the play & it also makes the able to coach players in the flow of the game.
Coaching Points:
- Various techniques for finishing; power vs placement.
- Head up to identify postion of defender & goal.
- Prep touch to create shooting space & then finish.
- Encourage the use of a first time strike, provided player has assessed the opportunity.
- Can you trick the other players by drawing them in to one area then turning out to a different goal.
- Disguise using eyes, body shape.
Learning Outcomes:
-Awarness and understanding where the goals you can score on are (spacial awareness).
-Understanding with turn to use to protect the ball or not.
-Promoted decision making. Players must decide which team to attack based on how many lives they have.
-Situational awareness. If your team only has one life do you play more defensive and protect your goal or try to attack and beat the other teams?

- R2 Play 1 vs 1 w/2 balls at the same time -- & the first one to score gets a point for their team
- R3 Play with only 2 or 3 teams at a time.
- R4 Play with 2 or 3 balls (enables more goals to be scored given less defenders)

Progressions:
- P1 Incorporated in the instructions above. Coach enables more than 1 player to come out from each team - whoever is distributing the ball shold announce 2 or even 3...
- P2 Service can come from the air and goals must be out of the air or off a bounce w/a volley
- P3 Add neutral in the middle. If you combine with the neutral and score your team get one more life.
- P4 Consider makeing the playing area smaller - move the goals closer to create more 1st time finishes out of the air.
