Gk starts at center of the goal.
On "GO" Gk is to explode forward andmove around the pole.
As soon as Gk gets to the pole he/she is to focus on the ball, server is too feed over the gk to simulate a lob.
Using Quick Feet the gk needs to follow the lathway of the ball and make the decision on when to make the Tip Over/Catch
Gks in area 1 to collect any balls tipped over and distribute back to the server.
Progression;
Server to aim for top corners to encourage top hand saves and take-off.

Gk to start at center of goal.
Server 1 delivers a High Ball for Gk to attack at highest point. Maintain a side on approach to jump with a high knee for protection. Look to land on both feet. Return the ball to server and back track to center of goal and set.
Repeat operation at Server 2. After landing track to the center of the goal on the 6 yard line.
Server 3 to feed a lob over the Gk to any part of the goal and Gk to get a tip over.
Server 4 to collect the Tip Over footballs and return them to the feeders.

Game of Handball;
Using only gk throws, Baseball- Push- Overarm- Rolls, make 3 sucsseful passes before attempting to score at either end. Scorer to switch with receiver.
