Player 1 plays sharp ball on floor to 4 who lays for 2 plays to 3 and 3 plays a diagonally running 4. Players move from lines 1 to 2 to 3 to 4 to 1.

Blues play 3v2 against red in 10x15 grid. Yellows are neutral players who have 1 touch and always play back to blue. Object is for blue to keep the ball as long as possible against the the red. If Red wins ball, they keep possession with yellow help (2 touch) until blue regains possession. Yellow cannot play to yellow.

Blue v Orange in a 5v5 to 3 goals. Players have 3 touch limit and supporting players have two touches. Must play supporting player color.

Player 1 plays to 3 who lays off for 2 and plays to 4 who dribbles back to line as fast as he can. Repeat and start from other side, so players have to do it with both feet. One and two touch only. Receiving players should be checking away and back to ball. Players follow passes.
Timing of runs, proper technique, visual cues, verbal cues, receiving ball on back foot and playing with same foot, good rhythm between 2 and 3.
