Fun, engaging session allowing coaches to assess the attributes and characteristics of players faced with different challenges, dimensions and teams. After this session everyone has been allowed to express themselves and the coaches know some of what's missing from the players.

Activity 1 (25 mins)
Blue Team vs Red Team
Both teams split into 2 in order to play 2 games.
When any Red Team scores, They must place one of the balls in the center on their Red cones.
When any Blue Team scores, They must place one of the balls in the center on their Blue cones.
Once there are no balls left in the middle, when one team scores, they must steal off the other team to add to their own.
First to fill their cones wins.

End Game (25 mins)
Normal Game to suit age (U6s/U7s - 5v5)
When a team scores they get a chance to lift 1 cone and find some treasure, team with most treasure after all cones been lifted wins OR first team to find the only treasure.

Arrival Activity (10 mins)
Whilst players are arriving, organize them into pitches regarding ability and balance within the team (e.g better players will face the overload)
Get the players to recognise the different dimensions of the pitches and in later sessions, see how they can use the pitcches with different types of running and passing.
Switch the teams round so everyone plays each other and gets a go on different pitches.
