-One goal for Defender to score on
-Play starts on attackers first touch
Coaching Points:
- Unbalance Defender:
Faint - (dropping shoulder, bending knee)
Accelleration - (pushing off bent knee, using momentum to sping in opposite direction)
Protection - Making sure that you are always protecting pinnie (positioning body between defender and pinnie)
- Look for Space to exploit
