Technical 2 (10 mins)

Passing

Take away the middle cone and only 1 ball needed

Players must pass the ball through the playing area, in any direction to a teammate (cannot pass next to each other, must go across the area)

Encourage them to look up, get their feet moving correctly and hand on the stick

They must count how many passes they can make without a mistake

ADD1: add another ball

ADD2: players follow their pass and take the place of the person they passed to

Game 1 inc GK (10 mins)

Hockey Tennis (Long Bangers vibes)

Small court 3v3 or 4v4  with goalkeeper

Aim of the game for players v GK team is to score in the goals 

Players with GK need to push the ball over their opponent's backline 

Players in a team can pass the ball amongst themselves until they see an opening in the opposition's defence and then try to push the ball over their line to score a goal

If the other team stops the ball from going over the line, they try to score back across 

If the ball goes out the sideline of the team attacking from their own pass, the other team scores

If the ball goes out the sideline on the other side of the net that team takes the serve from that sideline

CHANGE: add in X number of passes before a team can send the ball across
