Method:
On whistle player on A starts his dribble with ball.
when he reaches the orange cone the keeper on B back peddles and the player at C runs to player A's end cone to defend player A.
Player A has one touch at end cone set a shot round defender and the keeper must back pedal and be ready for the shot.
Coaching Points:
Fast paced drill that works keeper, players defensive mode and forwards.
