Ball starts with red two players who play into the striker (player A) going 3v2 against the blue.
Striker B will play with blue team making it 3v2 against the red team.
If the defending team wins the ball, they are encouraged to quickly play into their striker (player B) and support him making it 3v2 the other way. Otherwise, once the ball leaves the field of play, focus on two new players serving the ball in quick and support the attack while two new defenders look to deny chances.
Organization:
44 wide by 45/50 age dependent
Rotate strikers (player A & B).
First team to 10 goals or 4 mins max; 1.5 mins resting period between the games.
In possession:
Focus on small details, good passes into strikers feet; awareness and decision making; When to turn? When to lay it off to supporting CM? When to overlap to isolate one of the defenders.
Focus on quick transitions going forward.
Out of possession:
Close down the striker, don't give him space/time to turn and face the goal, force play wide, close down shooting opportunities.

Ball starts with the blue team. keeping possession 6v4, once the red four win the ball, they look to quickly play into the strikers feet and three players join with #9 to goal (ideally 7, 10, 11)
Organization:
44 wide by 40 age dependent (adjust the space to increase and decrease the challenge level).
Smaller space = more opportunities for pressing team to win the ball.
If the red forces bad pass out of bounce ball, the coach can quickly fire the ball into the striker to replicate counter attack. Try to reward the defending team for any disruption/turnover.
