Phase 2
-The set up stays exactly the same as phase 1.
-After the player from gate 1 has a shot they then have to go 1v1 against the first player from gate 2.
-Player from gate 2 will go for goal.
-The player from gate 1 will just try and win the ball off them.

Phase 3
-Again, phase 3 is the eaxct same set up as phase 1 and 2.
-After the player from gate 1 has defended 1 v1 against the player from gate 2 they then become an attacker again.
-Players from gate 1 and gate 3 go 2v1 against the player from gate 2.
-The player from gate 2 must then look to defend the goal whilst the players from gates 1 and 3 must look to score.

Key Factors
-A practice focusing on the transition from attack to defence.
Organisation
-Set up 3 gates about 5 yards apart in an arch.
-Line the players up spread evenly across the gates.
-Each player must have a ball at their feet.
-Goalkeeper in net.
-One team will have one set of bibs on, one team will have a different coloured set and then one team will be without.
-Make sure each team get a go between each different gate.
-Once they have finished their go make sure they keep retruning to the gate they ran from until you, as coach, let teams know to rotate on the gates.
*Look to add in the mechanics of defending as it goes*
Phase 1
-The ball will start from the left (Red team, gate 1)
-The first player will run at goal, like the diagram shows, then get a shot away at goal.
