1. forehand - basis (pass in forehand)

Combinatie van alle passing mogelijkeheden, uit vorige oefening;

1. korte Pass van A naar B (push); 8E: stuiterpuh

2. A loopt door

3. B loopt op en passt terug naar A (flats; 8E: backhand)

4. A. neemt aan, draait veilig open en draait open met lange pass(veldbreedte, naar C)

5. dummy bij pionen

6. Buiten om, op snelheid circkel in

7. Voorzet op kop cirkel;

8. Aanname door A;

9. Scoren (forehand/backhand) door B;
