Same number of cones on each box, players need to 

Activity:

Players need to "steal" the opposing team cones, but they need to get there carrying a football on their back (holding it with both hands so they can't move their arms while running). As they get to the opposing box they drop the ball and hold a cone the same way and try to bring it back to their side.

defending players can stop the "stealing" player by tagging them shoulder to shoulder, as they are also holding a football in their hands, if they do so, the "stealing" player returns the cone and gets his football again.

Coaching Points:

Stay low so it's easier to change direction, find a good angle so you don't get beaten by the attacker, move laterally and keep your eyes on the target.

4v4 with attacking players lining up in 4 different lines on the sidelines as close to their position on the diamond as possible, defenders are on 2 lines behind the net and they are divided between "pressure line" and "coverage line"

Activity:

Ball always start with the winger on the opposing side to where the striker is coming from, defenders have to figure out quickly who is in charge of the pressure and who is responsible for the coverage

Coaching Points:

Should I go up and pressure if my back line is not set for the coverage yet? if we're on a diamond, can I have one of my teammates close the long ball through the middle, and can my other teammate close the option to dribble down the sideline so that I can pressure and the last defender worry about the striker?
