Secondary players: FB/Wingers.

Organization: 50*40 field (cross field). Field divided into three horizontal zones. Two large goals. Supply of balls outside each goal.
Activity: Play 8v8+GK with modified rules. A CF for each team is placed in the opposing end zones as a target player. Teams play 6v6 in the central zone. Teams can score by combining with their CF to advance into the attacking third. One attacker joins in. The CF cannot score. Players are unopposed in the final third but must finish on a one touch.
Progressions:
1. Allow a defender to drop into the end zone and allow for more touches.
2. Make the game transitional - allow players to substitute their CF in the end zone.
Coaching Points:
1. Width & Depth as well as dispersal when in transition.
2. Mobility and movement off the ball to support.
3. Weight and accuracy of passes.
4. Overall awareness.
5. Body position and first touch.
6. Decision making.

Organization: Nearly two-thirds of the length of a field; width is primarily that of the 18-yard box but full width is available. Supply of balls just outside the center circle. Red play 4 (2CM, 2CF) vs. 3 Blue (2CB, HM) and a stationary CF.
Activity: Play initiates with Blue feigning losing possession to Red. The 2CM for Red play across to begin play. Red look to attack the large goal and Blue counter to their CF. Can have a coach or player act as an AR to call offsides.
Coaching Points:
1. Dispersal - create width / depth in attack.
2. Positive touch forward. Open body position - receive on back foot. Play out quickly from goal.
3. Movement into space of front players.
4. Quality of the passes from midfielders when playing forward.
5. Timing of runs/passes. Linking up play/runs of midfield 2 and CFs.
6. Play feet vs. play into space.

Organisation: Close to two-thirds of the length of the field and full width. Three small goals just past half on the opposite side of the center circle. Supply of balls just beyond the centre circle. Red play with 2CF, 3CM, 2WB (3-5-2) vs. Blue with 1GK, 2CB, 2FB, 3CM and 1CF (4-3-3).
Activity: Play initiates with Blue feigning losing possession to Red. The 2CM for Red play across to begin play. Red look to attack the large goal and Blue counter to the small goals. Can have a coach or player act as an AR to call offsides.
*focus is on linking CFs with midfield 3 and WBs.
6. CFs stretch defence with one CF dropping in to assist the MF3.
7. Importance for 6 to open up / receive ball side on, to begin the attack. Where does the 8 go?
8. Movement / interchange from deep players - eg. dropping in.
9. Communication.
