Position players in their usual match formation (for example, 4-3-3 or 4-4-2).

The routine begins with attackers casually passing the ball among themselves in a designated area.
Defenders move collectively, closing down space and cutting off passing lanes.
Cones to mark zones and guide the defenders on where to press.
Red color cones placed in different areas of the pitch. Coach calls color A to H and the players move in the correct defensive formation at the same time. Ball used to indicate the call,Objectives– Defensive formation, alignment, positional understanding.

- Time Constraints: Introduce a time limit for how long the attackers can keep possession, encouraging quicker pressing and decision-making from defenders.
- Limited Touches: Reduce the number of touches for attackers to increase the pressing intensity required from defenders.
- Zone Restrictions: Mark zones on the field where defenders must press and win the ball,
