Objective Improve side moves to protect the ball
Organization Two mini goals, one pitch line (finishing area), two opposing player lines, coach serving balls for 1v1. Play multiple balls in per time.
Coaching Points First to ball is 1st attacker, opponent is 1st defender. Use side moves to protect the ball when turning, low to ground, arm out, use body/hip/elbow to protect. Accelerate after side move to goal and finish.
Interval Duration 2 min games, x3 games

OBJECTIVE: Take a one touch shot
INSTRUCTIONS: Two Groups using Single Goal. OverLap Situation; Players with balls pass in to their side 7 run on an overlap motion behind player receiving and running diagonally, making the pass in between the cones. Recovery assist Pass: Players with balls pass it diagonally after 2bd player comes out of zig-zag. 2nd player dribbles in a U shaped motion and passes to 1st player who is getting out of zig-zag to take a shot.
COACHING POINTS: - Head up after the U turn 7 pass to the feet (not in front)
-Know where are you going to shoot before receiving
VARIATIONS: 2nd players start with balls and dribbles through zig-zag, passing to 1st player, 2nd player runs fast the U turn and receives pass. 1st player moves through zigzag and receives the pass to take a shot.

Objective:
- Improve passing and receiving decisions to keep possession of the ball.
Organization:
- One large grid with a smaller grid in the middle.
- Two teams of 3 play against each other with one neutral attacker in the small middle grid.
- Team in possesion looks to keep the ball for as long a possible, and use the extra player in middle grid for support.
- Neutral in middle grid cannot be tackled, has limit of two touches max.
- If defending team wins ball, they become attackers
- Play rounds of 3min, and team with ball at end of time wins that round. Play first to whcih ever number round you desire.
-Prog: Free roaming neutral and any attacking player can check into middle grid but still two touch max.
Coaching Points:
- Good weight and accuracy of pass
- Checking shoulder before receving
- Timing of runs to receive a pass
- Receiving on back foot across body
- Looking first to play the ball opposite way from where you received it
- Movment off the ball to new open areas to support receiver
Interval Duration:
- 3min. inertvals with 1 min. recovery

Coach plays ball to an attacker. The far attack and center play 2v3. The other attaker drops out.
Focus on shape an organization.
IF THE DEFNSE WINS THE BALL AND PLAYS IT TO THE COACH THEY ALL STEP UP TOGETEHR.
